Tatooines!

I have searched long , hard and deep to find the ambition in my life. Finally after such huge search i have found my destiny. It is to become a fan of a fellow blogger and the Gr8 kalai. Now that i have read her almost historical blog on "En per padum paadu"(The torture of my name!) , I believe i have just read the most interesting piece of work on my life ever...

I mean she is Gods or Goddess gift to mankind. May b she should join politics and people who can read and write will vote for her surely. The entire software community is becoming fan to her writings with forwards of her blog circulating in all companies back and forth. I myself had got it twice from two different groups. May b after some time some1 might build a temple for her...who knows??? Or may b the next time she goes to India, there will b huge gathering asking for her autograph? :P Well with the adulation she is getting, who knows she might make me eat my words :-)

Ok, Enough fun! Well honestly it was a damn good post! I was really into reading her blog after that regularly, no doubts! But i guess even she is kind of surprised and overwhelmed at these reactions. Ofcourse any1 would b if they r in her shoes. i guess there is no publicity as bad publicity ,as the PRs would say. But honestly, this is a reflection of the network of the software community.

I am actually really scared of this network,if something happens somewhere, an email goes to all and sundry to all possible locations. Which is good in a way and bad in a way that lots of unwanted stuff floats arnd. I am talking of SPAM and JUNK here! Well, I've been there, knew what happens inside the software engineer's cubicles. Been one myself ! The sickening thing sometimes used to be the rumour tat would float and spreads so fast that it is almost magical. I can imagine an episode of "Salman Khan commiting suicide" and it was like a rage, i had got it from 10 different ppl from as many as 10 diff companies.

Are we darlings of the Gossip mongerers r wat? May b we software engineers have bcome like computers, just cant apply our mind on data, just process the data, react to it and output it to some other person.

May b time has come for the people who forward so many emails a day that they should stop and think for a sec. Is it something really worthwhile forwarding some junk? I am not saying dont forward. Kalai's post r real good for a gr8 hearty laughter. So r many cool videos/jpgs/songs/jokes and watever. I know how valuable they r in timepass @ office:) But i guess it is a kind of shame if software engineers ourselves spread the spamming to all over the country! Just spend a sec b4 sending junk! Will it do any good to forward it at all.

As the proverbial sayin goes, "The choice is at the click of ur mouse!"

P:S: a.k.a Disclaimer :) Kalai: I am sure u know that i am just kidding abt the initial part and nothing was directed at u. I took this liberty considering u to b a very good friend of mine! Which in other words, Hope u dont mind me pullin ur leg (coz u might need it, as ur flyin 6 feet above the air :) )
